Outcome
Two or three owned actions for the next cycle, and a team that has been heard.
Preparation
A board with three columns, the sprint's goals and a note of last time's actions.

Set the stage5 min
A one-word check-in from everybody.

Gather10 min
Went well, didn't go well, ideas — silently, one per note.

Discuss20 min
Cluster the notes and talk through the biggest groups.

Decide10 min
Agree two or three actions, each with an owner.
Facilitator tips
- Start by reviewing last time's actions — it shows the ritual matters.
- Keep it about the work, never about a person.
